In 1989, the Club was purchased by Hawk’s Nest members Jay and Nancy Rhoads. The beautiful “Cape Cod Style” clubhouse was built and opened in January of 1990. The clubhouse remained the same with rough sawed cedar wood siding and a cedar shaker roof until hurricane damage during the fall of 2004.
Due to this damage, the clubhouse has undergone restoration and renovation. Improvements include expansion of the Dining Room and accessibility to the adjoining Meeting Room. Other improvements include expansion of the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms and a newly decorated Golf Shop.
